ProTaxAdvisors is an Authorized IRS e-File Provider. Tax returns are electronically transmitted through secure IRS-approved channels. All payment processing is handled via PCI-compliant gateways.
Payment concerns related to checkout, refunds, and card disputes are reviewed through secure admin workflows and logged with requestId traceability.
