This policy describes how ProTaxAdvisorsFL / Protaxbolt, operated by GD Management & Services LLC, handles refunds and billing adjustments. It should be read together with our Billing & Payment Terms.

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins unless required by law or stated otherwise in an order form.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.

2. Consultations and Projects

  • Consultation deposits or fees may be refundable if canceled before work begins, subject to any stated cancellation window. Once work has started, refunds may be prorated at our discretion where permitted by law.
  • Missed or late appointments may be subject to fees as disclosed at booking.

3. Payment Disputes

  • Contact billing@protaxadvisorsfl.com within 30 days of any disputed charge with invoice details, dates, and amounts. We will investigate and correct verified errors.
  • Chargebacks without prior notice may result in account suspension while we review the claim. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

4. Refund Method and Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
  • Where a refund to the original method is not possible, we may issue a credit or alternative resolution consistent with applicable law.

5. Taxes and Adjustments

  • Taxes collected at the time of purchase may be non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Any credits or adjustments will be documented on an updated invoice or receipt for your records.
