This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of the ProTaxAdvisorsFL / Protaxbolt Services operated by GD Management & Services LLC. It is designed to protect clients, professionals, partners, and our platform.
1. Responsible Use
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, financial services, and anti-spam.
- Keep accounts secure; do not share credentials or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or row-level security controls.
- Upload and transmit only data you have the right to share. Do not infringe intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
- Protect sensitive data: avoid unnecessary exposure of personal, financial, or tax records and use secure channels we provide.
- Use messaging, documents, and storage features only for legitimate business or client engagement, not unsolicited marketing or harassment.
- Use payment features lawfully: no fraudulent charges, money laundering, or attempts to evade chargeback or refund processes.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, storage buckets, or data you are not permitted to view.
- Introducing malware, attempting denial-of-service, vulnerability scanning, or load testing without written permission.
- Circumventing service limits, rate limits, metering, or tenant isolation.
- Using the Services for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory content.
- Uploading or sharing content that contains another person’s personal data without consent or a lawful basis.
- Reverse engineering or modifying the Services except where permitted by law or explicit written permission.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, remove content, or block traffic to protect the platform and users. We may report unlawful activity to authorities or impacted parties when required or appropriate.
4. Reporting
Report security or abuse issues to security@protaxadvisorsfl.com. Provide relevant details (account, time, URLs, logs) so we can investigate promptly.
