  • Tax organizers, intake answers, uploaded tax documents, and filing workspace records.
  • Identity data used to verify a taxpayer before filing or before handling IRS-facing workflows.
  • Transcript packages, notice data, payment records, and authorization artifacts when you direct us to retrieve or process them.
  • Audit records showing who performed sensitive actions, when they occurred, and which account or tenant they affected.

2. How Tax Data Enters the Platform

  • Directly from you through uploads, form entry, messages, or support interactions.
  • From professionals or staff working within your tenant or with delegated access.
  • From payment, identity, filing, or transcript providers when the related workflow is enabled and you have completed required consent and authorization steps.

3. How We Use Tax Data

  • Prepare, review, file, monitor, and support tax workflows you request.
  • Reconcile taxpayer data, identify discrepancies, calculate liabilities, and maintain compliance timelines.
  • Produce audit trails, account history, and service records required for support, security, and compliance operations.

4. Access Controls

  • Tax data is intended to remain tenant-scoped and role-restricted.
  • Sensitive actions are expected to be authenticated, authorized, and logged.
  • Access may be limited when onboarding, legal consent, or authorization prerequisites are incomplete.

  • Certain transcript, authorization, and audit records may remain on file after a workspace or subscription ends if we are required to preserve them.

6. Sharing

  • We share tax data only with service providers, processors, professionals, and authorities as needed to deliver the requested service, comply with law, or act under your instructions.
  • We do not sell tax-return information.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and review outputs before filing or payment actions are finalized.
